We are a St. Louis-based group of highly skilled and experienced practitioners, who understand the importance of Occupational Therapy and other service providers in a community setting. We believe it's our responsibility to make these services more available to social service agencies.
Dr. Quinn Tyminski currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Program of Occupational Therapy and Washington University School of Medicine. She earned her master’s degree in occupational therapy from Washington University School of Medicine Program in Occupational Therapy in 2012 and her clinical doctorate in occupational therapy in 2017 from Saint Louis University. In 2025, she completed her PhD in Education at Washington University in St. Louis. As an occupational therapist, Quinn served for five years as an occupational therapist for a transitional housing program for men experiencing serious mental illness and homelessness and spent a year as the clinical director coordinating occupational therapy services.
As part of her doctoral work, Quinn introduced occupational therapy services to a local homeless shelter and in 2018; she opened an outpatient student-run clinic to provide services to individuals experiencing homelessness. Quinn's research focuses on improving occupational participation and quality of life for populations experiencing marginalization through providing occupation-based services targeted at improving life skills and community re-integration.
Dr. Kailin Lust currently serves as an occupational therapist for Qualified Therapy Solutions and is a lecturer at Washington University School of Medicine Program in Occupational Therapy, teaching a course on mental and behavioral health. She earned her clinical doctorate in occupational therapy from Washington University School of Medicine Program in Occupational Therapy in 2023.
While in school she worked in a student run clinic providing OT services to individuals experiencing homelessness and conducted research alongside Dr. Quinn Tyminski with this population. In her current role as an occupational therapist, she provides individual and group-based services and has been working to expand access to OT services for individuals with mental health concerns in the non-profit sector. Kailin comes from a background working in homeless service agencies and domestic violence shelters where she grew her passion for working in the mental health field.
In her free time, you can find Kailin baking, playing with her cats, reading a good book, and spending time with her husband.
Kevin Neumann brings 12 years of IT experience to QTS, including Software Development, DevOps, Software Architecture, and management. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2012, before beginning his career at a startup credit card processing company. From there, he transitioned to a pension manager, and then eventually to his current role as Software Architect at Hunter Engineering.
Hannah "Han" Isenman (she/they) is a recent 2024 graduate with their clinical doctorate in occupational therapy from Washington University School of Medicine Program in Occupational Therapy. While in school, they worked in a student-run clinic providing OT services to individuals experiencing homelessness and conducted research on the intersection of LGBTQ+ identities and the unhoused population alongside Dr. Quinn Tyminski. Their recent fieldwork experience includes interning at Sheppard Pratt Hospital in Towson, MD, at their Adolescent Residential Treatment Facility. At the RTC, they worked with adolescents facing trauma and/or previous incarceration to successfully transition down to a group home, foster home, or back with their family. Han has long served in mental health by volunteering as a Crisis Counselor for Crisis Text Line since 2019. They currently volunteer as the Logistics Manager of the national COTAD Chapters Committee to advocate for diversity in occupational therapy. Han is also a Certified Sexuality Occupational Therapist (CSOT) trained specificially to address sexuality and relationships in occupational therapy.
Elle Martirez is an occupational therapist at Qualified Therapy Solutions. She earned her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Saint Louis University in 2024. While in school, Elle worked with Project Renewal in New York City, supporting individuals in permanent and transitional housing. This experience sparked her passion for community mental health and working with marginalized populations.
After graduation, Elle continued work in transitional housing with QTS and gained experience in outpatient neurorehabilitation, treating individuals recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury, and spinal cord injury. Now full-time at QTS, Elle provides individual and group-based occupational therapy for people experiencing homelessness, managing mental and physical health conditions, or recovering from substance use. Her work centers on supporting recovery, fostering independence, and promoting meaningful daily engagement.
Outside of work, Elle enjoys spending time with friends and family. Fun fact: Dr. Quinn Tyminski was her figure skating coach growing up!
Hailey Coats is an occupational therapist at Qualified Therapy Solutions (QTS) who is passionate about working with individuals experiencing homelessness to build back self-efficacy, independence, and a sense of belonging. She completed an Exercise Science Bachelor's Degree at Arkansas State while playing for the Women's Soccer team (Wolves up!) and had the honor of leading my fellow Master of Occupational Therapy (MSOT) peers through graduation as class marshal for the Washington University Program in Occupational Therapy. Her goal is to work alongside those experiencing homelessness, mental illness, substance use disorders, and those with intellectual and developmental disabilities to advocate for inclusion and integration into meaningful daily activities and roles.
Matthew Silva earned his master’s degree in occupational therapy from Washington University School of Medicine in 2022. Before joining QTS, Matt worked in an acute care setting at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, providing occupational therapy services to patients on the trauma, surgery, ortho, neuro, and oncology floors. During his acute care work, Matt specialized in cardiopulmonary care, supporting critically ill patients on the heart and lung transplant floors.
Matt also brings a wealth of experience in community-based occupational therapy from working to support individuals experiencing homelessness and mental health challenges. Matt has also worked in justice-based occupational therapy, helping formerly incarcerated youth reintegrate into society and build productive, independent lives.
Throughout his career, Matthew has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to meeting people where they are, helping them overcome barriers and achieve their highest potential. Whether in a hospital, community clinic, or justice setting, he brings empathy, expertise, and an unwavering dedication to improving the lives of others.
In his free time, you can find Matthew in the great outdoors hiking, paddle boarding, and spending time with his fiancée.
